Das Haus wurde gerade Renoviert. Die Wohnung war jedoch komlpett fertig und vorallem das Bad war sehr modern und sauber. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Lopar so dass beider Strände etwa gleichweit entfernt sind. Ein kleiner Laden liegt in ca. 200m Entfernung. Dort gibt es eine kleine Bäckerein und alles was man sonst noch so an Hygeneartikeln, Lebensmittel und Getränken so braucht.
