This 19th century farmhouse is located on a very large and enclosed garden plot and was converted into a holiday home in 2015. The ground-floor holiday property is nestled in a green landscape with many vineyards. A pool table provides entertainment for young and old. This holiday address is an ideal starting point for discovering the picturesque castles of the Loire and the many wine-growing areas of the region. Plenty of hospitable winegrowers are happy to introduce you to their products. If you like cycling, the popular cycle route along the Loire ("La Loire à vélo") is perfect for you. There is also a golf course and a swimming pool (3 km). In summer, the châteaux in the region provide the perfect setting for many performances, and you can attend a spectacular horse show at the renowned Cadre Noir riding school in Saumur. 15 km away, the Central Parc with its swimming pool is a pleasant place to relax. Poitiers airport 80 km away. Fishing 5 km away. The owners will be happy to help and advise you in your choice of activities.

Lekker authentiek huis met grote tuin en eigen erf op het Franse platteland. In de buurt van klein dorp met chateau, bakker, restaurantjes, terrasjes, markt op dinsdag en Super U. Het zwembad is geweldig. Zo ook het terras met zonnescherm en ruime keuken met alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen.

Prima verblijfplaats, goede ontvangst, verzorgde vakantiewoning, ruim en proper, ook het zwembad. Grote private afgesloten tuin waar de auto's ook op kunnen staan. We verbleven er vijf wat zeker geen probleem is.
