Das Objekt ist im Grunde sehr hübsch, leider ziemlich vernachlässigt. Dort muss einfach nur ein bisschen investiert werden und renoviert werden, das betrifft die Bäder, die Böden/Wände und das Mobilar und dann ist alles ok. Die Lage, mitten in der Bananenplantage ist super schön und ruhig.Auch der Pool der nur von 3 Einheiten genutzt wird ist absolut Spitze.
