The modern and tasteful apartment is located in the basement of the house. It has room for max. 7-8 people. In order to be able to really feel good, the number of persons 4 should not be exceeded during a longer stay. In the apartment you will find a living room with a cozy dining area and fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and two bedrooms. The windows have a normal size and allow sufficient light into the apartment. For space reasons, the Mirco shaft is not permanently installed in the kitchen. If you want to use a microwave, please let me know in advance. Sleeps: In one of the bedrooms next to the double bed a double sofa bed can be used as Aufbettungsmöglichkeit. In the second room is for two guests, a double deck (1.4 m wide) ready. In the living room you will also find a sofa bed for 2 persons. Since there is no common lounge or breakfast room in the property, it would be convenient if the guests primarily take over their own breakfast. In the fully equipped kitchens are always coffee, tea, condensed milk and homemade jam available. I am happy to take over by agreement a corresponding shopping service to provide missing things according to your wishes. On the property there are two terraces that can be used by the guests. The garden features a foliage house and a fire pit. A small pond with a wooden bridge provides access to the romantic Laubenhäuschen, which can accommodate 4-6 people even in bad weather. The garden is usable for all guests. There is a total of two parking spaces in the double garage and a parking space on the property. Further, free public parking is available 50 meters away.

Alles war bestens. Die Wohnung ist super praktisch, es war sauber - und es gibt nichts, an was die nette Vermieterin nicht gedacht hat, und dazu hin stand eine Flasche Sekt auf dem Tisch und selbstgemachte Marmelade - sagar Quittengelee, alles aus dem eigenen Garten.
