Welcome to Bad Wiessee on the beautiful Tegernsee in our Upper Bavarian style constantly renovated and cozy apartment Maximilian, which was first classified by the German Tourism Association DTV with 4 stars. Your vacation domicile is high quality equipped and offers you all comfort. The apartment has a spacious living and dining area, two separate bedrooms, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with rain showers, extra WC, surrounding balcony with seating, flat screen TV, DVD / bluray player, stereo radio with CD player (MP3 / USB / Bluetooth enabled), own WLAN access and safe. Washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment. A private free car park for your vehicle and a Liegewiese with outdoor grill incl. Seat is located directly at the house. On request breakfast, newspaper and transfer service to the station (extra charge). The Tegernsee Card with many discounts (eg free use of the bus and boat network on the lake) is included in the price for each guest. Family run and bookable all year round. This means that you have no disturbing neighbors next to you in your holiday accommodation. High-quality and rustic yet modern, the Upper Bavarian style will make you feel right at home from the beginning. Here old materials meet new technology. Fittings and fixtures were made with great love for the detail largely from old wood, the floors are laid out with country houses. In the spacious living room there is a wood-burning stove for the cold days, in the adjoining dining room you will find a large wooden table with seating. The fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, American side-by-side refrigerator and dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired. Nespresso as well as normal coffee machine, water cooker and toaster are just as obvious as enough dishes and cutlery. Here you will also find a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee). Both bathrooms offer you next to wash basin with additional cosmetic mirror and hair dryer contemporary rain showers. There is enough seating on the covered and rain-protected balcony. However, you can also relax on the Liegewiese behind the house with a good book. Deckchairs, garden furniture and an outside grill are at your free disposal. Fresh linen, fluffy bathrobes and towels and final cleaning are included, as well as the Tegernsee Card for each guest.

Eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einer sehr schönen Umgebung hat uns wirklich gefallen. Für Anreisende mit E-Auto ist die Wallbox am Haus sehr praktisch.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Dabei modern und trotzdem mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail. Schöne liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung die keine Wünsche öffen lässt. Tolle Küche, mit der man auch mal was anfangen kann. Zentrale Lage in Bad Wiesse mit direkt angrenzenden Einkkaufsmöglichkeiten die zu Füß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
