Experience a relaxing holiday in your typical Italian country house, nestled in the rolling hills south of Perugia and the picturesque Lake Trasimeno. The country house is divided into five separate apartments and a former barn. The furnishings are simple but functional and rustic in style. Wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta tiles and natural stone walls create a warm atmosphere. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating and a dining table so that you can spend cosy hours here. The kitchen is practically equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering.
The outdoor area invites you to relax with its spacious garden and pool, which you share with the other guests. Enjoy the sunny days on one of the sun loungers by the pool or find a shady spot under the overgrown pergola. There is also an area with a table and chairs for outdoor dining as well as a small playground and a table football table for leisure activities.

De ruimte en de natuur is fantastisch. Heerlijke plek, vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenares. Hier kom je helemaal tot rust! We huurden het bijgebouw, heerlijk ruim en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, met eiven veranda en groot grasveld.
Het bed zou comfortabeler mogen.

Wir waren jetzt zum 3.mal dort. Bisher war es immer ein Paradies der Ruhe.
Seit diesem Jahr wohnt dort ein neuer Nachbar der seine 4 oder 5 Hunde in einem Zwinger hält....die bellen zu jeder Tages und viel schlimmer Nachtzeit.
