In a pretty valley is this cottage in an old mill, which was also an inn for a long time, with waterfall, swings and a slide in the garden. For book lovers there is also a collection of 200 books that guests are allowed to read. The old mill can accommodate 12 guests on 200 m². On the property there is a quiet stream and a lake where fishing is allowed. There is visible half-timbering in every room, the house has an open fireplace and a billiard room. Experience the underwater world of 'Nausicaa' 3 km from Boulogne and the beach. The famous resort of Le Touquet is 40 km away.

Prachtige oude herberg aan een waterval. Je keert terug in de tijd.
Eigenaren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De omgeving is idyllisch,al ligt de snelweg wel dichtbij
De openhaard is fantastisch en er was genoeg hout voor de hele week.

Fijne vakantie huis. Tuin uitmuntend vooral voor de honden. Konden nergens door de omheining. Voor zon aanbidders genoeg plek. Ook genoeg schaduw voor wie daar behoefte aan had. Kortom geweldige lokatie voor uitstapjes. Genoeg te zien. En mooie wandel routes.

We had a lovely time here, but it was strange that the owners kept coming to have drinks with friends on the property (just a separate room outside the kitchen). Pierre and his wife were very friendly - but I didn’t really want to share the house with other people.
