Der Bungalow liegt geographisch einfach perfekt. Vier Seen in Laufnähe. Nettes Dorf.
Hier wurde einfach mal ewig nichts mehr in Stand gesetzt, die Küche und Ihre Ausstattung ist suboptimal. Mit ein bisschen Aufwand kleinen Investitionen könnt Mensch echt was schönes daraus machen. Die Terrasse braucht eine intakte Treppe, die Einfahrt ist einfach unmöglich und nicht einladend. Sauna...

Egal wo man hingeschaut hat, Baustellen in der Bungalowsiedlung. Auffahrt zum Grundstück schrecklich.
Hausnummer versteckt hinter gebüsch bzw Zweige. Sauberkeit im Haus hätte besser sein können.
Kanustelle, Anlegestelle sind in die Jahre gekommen. Um das Kanu ins Wasser zubekommen muss man erst das Kanu aus den Brennnesseln heben.
