Are you looking for a relaxing holiday in a sunny environment? Our luxury holiday apartments are located in beautiful Andalusia in the south of Spain. A place to enjoy peace, space, tapas and tinto!
It is a 150-year-old farmhouse, which has been converted into 4 luxury holiday apartments. The location is about 490 meters above sea level. Our villa is located in Las Labores, 2 kilometers from the large town of Albox, where you will find various supermarkets, restaurants, shops, etc. There is a market every Tuesday.
Our small-scale apartment complex can accommodate up to 13 guests. You can also rent Villa Damara completely.
Our beautiful swimming pool, landscaped garden, sun loungers and seating areas can be enjoyed on the 8,600 m2 site. There are countless places to relax. Whether under the large olive tree, on the (roof) terrace or in the garden. You will always find a suitable spot. In our orchard are olive trees, almond trees, fig trees, grapes and lemons. There are also plenty of opportunities in the area for sports and active activities, such as golfing, walking or cycling.
We provide WiFi for free. You can also use the washing machine and dryer if desired. All indoor areas are non-smoking and pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Luxury apartment Papaya (56.5 m2) has an open kitchen, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob (4 rings), dining table with six chairs, sofa bed (folded out 160 × 200), 2 armchairs and electric heating. 2 bedrooms with air conditioning (1 x 2 single (90 × 200) box-spring beds and 1 x 1-person (90 × 200) box-spring bed) with wardrobe with bathrobes. Luxury bathroom with double sink, shaving mirror, hairdryer, toilet, walk-in shower and electric heating. Kitchen linen, bed linen, bath linen and beach towels are provided in the apartment. All apartments have WiFi (free). On the terrace a table with 6 chairs. In our laundry room you can use the washing machine and dryer for free.

En general estupendo por la comodidad, comfort y situación. Al ser un bajo, los ruidos dependen de los vecinos que estén en el piso superior ( en nuestra estancia algo ruidosos). Para estancias largas, se echa de menos un frigorífico mayor y con congelador.
