135 m² gîte (+ 15m² attic space) tastefully converted over 2 levels in a fully restored former farmhouse typical of the region, comprising 2 other gîtes.
The 3 units are completely independent. Weekly rental only. Ground floor: entrance hall - entrance hall, kitchen opening onto living room - dining room with wood-burning stove (wood provided), TV, DVD, corner sofa (convertible)... - access to 24 m² balcony terrace from living room (mountain views) - bedroom JARDIN (1 bed 160x200cm), - bathroom, - separate WC. First floor: bedroom - MONT-BLANC bedroom (2 beds 90x190 that can be twinned to create 1 double bed), shower room/WC, - TOURNETTE bedroom (3 beds 90x190 including 2 twin beds), shower room/WC, - LE NOM bedroom (2 twin beds 90x190), shower room/WC. Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival (except for short stays).
Optional towel pack at €12 per person, comprising a bath sheet, a bath towel and a washcloth or face cloth. Optional end-of-stay cleaning: €140 Free access to the 6-person Jacuzzi spa, on reservation.
Reserved for adults and children over 12. Braséro area (18 m²), private, for a convivial moment around a nice flambée. Laundry room with shared washing machine. Balcony-terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs.

C'est dommage qu'il faut prendre la voiture pour accéder aux stations de skis, les navettes skis bus ne fonctionnent qu'à partir de Saint Jean de Sixt et les stations de skis de La Clusaz et du Grand Bornand, autrement l'endroit est très bien et chouette.Les propriétaires sont très serviables, le c...
