A temporary home in Upper Bavaria’s Five Lakes Region—we’re renting out an idyllic country house with a sauna (approx. 55 sqm of living space) on a property of about 4,500 sqm in a dreamlike location (nature reserve), near Lake Starnberg with views across meadows and forests to the Zugspitze and the Alpine panorama, situated on the edge of the forest. A 10-minute walk from the holiday homes to the romantic Moorsee (Lake Maisinger)—pure nature! The property—the “Sonnau”—is located 6 km outside of Starnberg. In Starnberg, there is an S-Bahn connection to Munich (30 minutes) and Tutzing. There are two additional country houses on the property.
At nearby Maisinger Lake, you can swim, ice skate, play curling, or dine at the restaurant (serving excellent Bavarian cuisine). In the nearby high mountains and foothills, you can go hiking and rock climbing.
Additional costs: Final cleaning per week or portion thereof: €90,

Fijn huisje, bovenop een heuvel. Het ligt binnen de hekken op het terrein van de eigenaar. Maar het is zo gelegen dat je best vrij zit. Prima locatie om de omgeving te verkennen. En een half uurtje van München.

Woonkamer, keuken, slaapkamer, terras prima, van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk stille omgeving. Wel ver van dorp.
Leuk betaalbaar zelfbedieningsrestaurant op loopafstand aan het meer.
Gevaarlijke douche, als je niet heel voorzichtig bent breek je je benen, sluit ook niet goed af waardoor de vloer drijfnat wordt.
In tegenstelling tot in de advertentie vermeld:
Geen Wifi (en ook slecht mobiel bereik), hier hadden we speciaal op gefilterd.
Geen airco, gelukkig was de benedenverd...

Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Woche in diesem tollen, kleinen Haus. Die Umgebung läd zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Einfach super. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war großartig und sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
