Von Außen ist das Objekt durchaus gepflegt und sauber! Die Lage ist was den Blick angeht ein Traum, allerdings abends und nachts extrem laut von der Straße! Auch sind Fotos und Beschreibung ganz offensichtlich bewusst irreführend, denn der abgebildete Blick ist der aus dem Treppenhaus oder WC Fenste...
