A holiday adapted to your family or group of friends.☀️🥂 The cottage TYMAO is ideally located between the seaside resorts of ST Quay Portieux and Etables sur Mer. the gite is located at: - 700 m to the nearest beach⛱ and its Marina - 300 m of shops🏝 -Near casino and disco.🌞 -Bus line (Saint Brieuc station) 10m -Laundromat at 300m ☀️ With its 3 apartments equipped with kitchens and stays, you can fully and independently enjoy your holidays.🥞🍡🍹 ➡️HOUSING 1 on the ground floor 6 people: ✅ A living room of 40 m2 kitchen and living room with sofa bed 2 places and connected TV with Netflix access). ✅ 3 bedrooms: 1 master suite with 160/200 bed, dressing room and bathroom 1 room with bed 140/190, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds Sheets provided from 7 nights . Otherwise rental: 10 €/person. Maison tres propre et idéale pour une grande famille. L'inconvénient est que l'on doit passer dans une chambre pour accéder a l'étage.

Tres beau gîte pour 14 personnes, un super accueil d'entree et de depart de gîte, très bel emplacement, un peu mal insonorisé( les personnes du rdc entendent celles qui sont au 1er); Grâce au parking privé nous avons tout fait à pied pour la fête de la coquille saint Jacques.Nous n'avons pas trouvé...
