Located in the Salamanca district, one of the most sought-after and safest areas in central Madrid. Close to most tourist attractions, in a commercial and leisure zone near "the Golden Mile", with Madrid's most exclusive shops. Ideal for enjoying the city, for short or long stays, whether for business or pleasure.
The apartment:
New-build apartment (2016) in renovated building: brand new!
This apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift and has capacity for 6 people. It is designed and equipped to efficiently utilise the space and offer maximum comfort thanks to high-end furniture and equipment.
The dining room has a table for 6 diners. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the appliances and crockery necessary for a comfortable stay.
The night area consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with 4 bunk beds (two of which are folding and integrate a practical desk). All beds have 28cm viscoelastic mattresses.
The apartment has two comfortable and modern bathrooms, one en-suite. Both have a spacious shower with thermostatic control, 350 litres of hot water and an electric towel rail.
There is fibre optic internet and air conditioning in all rooms.
Transport:
Metro: Close to Manuel Becerra station (250m) – (lines 2 and 6)
Public parking: 250m away (Dr. Esquerdo Street, 8).
BiciMAD: station 108, 400m away.
The flat measures 56m2.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
To be taken into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.

La ubicación y la limpieza del apartamento
Me hubiese gustado tratar la llegada y la salida al apartamento con algún ser humano y no a través de la app, aunque la aplicación es muy fácil de utilizar.

La relación calidad- precio es muy buena. El alojamiento contaba con todo y estaba muy bien comunicado. Los baños y todo en general limpio.
Sofá cama está destrozado. No se podía usar. Creo que debéis cambiarlo porque verdaderamente fue un problema.
