The Santa Ana Boutique VII apartment is located in the square with the same name in the heart of Madrid, next to Alcalá Street, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor... ten minutes from the Prado Museum and Paseo de Recoletos, in this apartment we will have everything close if what we want is to really get to know Madrid. In Plaza Santa Ana we can enjoy an appetizer or lunch since it is surrounded by bars and restaurants where we can taste Spanish wines and a great variety of bars and restaurants.
Everything is close and we can simply walk closer to the Royal Palace, the Opera, large museums like the Reina Sofía or even also to the Rastro market on Sundays and holidays.

Delicacy and good taste come together to make the Santa Ana Boutique apartment the ideal place, with its comfort and warmth, for both a couple or a solo visitor. Third floor without a lift.
It is an apartment where upon waking up in the morning and opening our balcony, we will have the Plaza de Santa Ana next to us, cheerful, bustling, where one can see people walking and exploring the city centre.
It is a dwelling for one person or a couple as it is a 30m2 space, pleasant with plenty of natural light and with everything necessary: double bed, air conditioning, kitchen with ceramic hob, and a small but modern bathroom. (this apartment does not have a washing machine, but there is a laundry about 5 minutes from the building)
It is an apartment decorated with taste, mixing modern furniture with rustic ones, all of great quality that will make us feel comfortable in it.
The flat measures 25m2.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

Works will be carried out on the fourth floor of the building, unrelated to MIT House. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.

Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard

The neighborhood was amazing ! For check in now understand there is third party in addition to VRBO:MIT HOUSE , perhaps that can be mentioned on app as it is another company versus a person . Once we figured out communication the check in was seamless .Maybe tell guests to download app in the VRBO message as Apps are easier to access than email when traveling . Thank you !

El apartamento es perfecto en casi todo Ej: situación, limpieza ,entradas electronicas .
Por ejemplo el interruptor de luz de la segunda planta no funciona, los famosos 69 ESCALONES de acceso a la tercera planta se notan y o no leí por ningún sitio o me lo salte en las condiciones y se echa de menos un ascensor.
Pienso que en la época actual los animales se les podía dar un margen de confianza.
