Do you want to be able to visit the most impressive museums, walk through the historic alleys of the city, taste classic tapas in typical restaurants, go for drinks in the best bars... and more? For that you need to be there, in the Madrid heart. And the Santa Ana apartment is the option.
Located in the famous Square with said name, it is the perfect site for those who wish to stay in the very heart of the historic and tourist center of the city. Although surrounded by the most central metro stations, living in this studio does not require getting on the metro. By walking just a few minutes, one can reach the most outstanding museums (Reina Sofía, Prado, Thyssen), the main tourist sites such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Royal Palace, Gran Vía –where the great cinemas and theaters are also located- and the neighborhoods with the most nightlife and cultural activity such as La Latina.
Just open the portal, go out to the street and Madrid is there!
The Apartment
Delicacy and good taste come together to make the Santa Ana apartment the ideal place, due to its comfort and warmth, both for a couple or a single visitor.
The design furniture, with a minimalist style, the predominant white color and a large window overlooking the well-known Huertas street, create a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere for this 30 m2 studio.
It has everything necessary to achieve a perfect stay: the location, the living-bedroom with the comfortable bed, a modern kitchen with custom-made ceramic hob, the bathroom with glass shower and steel furniture, and, fundamental for many: high-speed wireless Internet. Located on a third floor, without lift.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
Works will be carried out on the fourth floor of the building unrelated to MIT House. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entry to the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.

Hide your valuables! We were robbed while staying here because we were given an apartment with a faulty lock. The deadbolts never slid into the doorframe to secure the room and a thief came in while we were exploring during the daytime and went through our things, taking cash and a sentimental neckl...

Enjoyed our stay - location good and this was a cheaper option than most in the area but do be aware if you want to sleep before 3am you may struggle as the location is so central lots of street noise even though we were 3rd floor.
