The property is a comfortable holiday home for two people, with the character of a small single-family home spread over two floors.
The holiday home, which can be used year-round, features a rustic design and modern amenities.
The lower level houses the open kitchen and a cosy dining area, as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. A hair dryer is also available for use.
A wooden spiral staircase connects the lower and upper floors.
Upstairs is the open-concept living area with two large windows that offer guests an unobstructed view of the Elbe River and the entire city. There is also a small bedroom with two single beds arranged in an L-shape in the corner.
Outdoors
In addition to an outdoor seating area in the garden featuring an open, brick-built sandstone fireplace, guests also have access to another outdoor seating area on the garden terrace located one level higher. This terrace offers a particularly impressive view. Both areas are equipped with patio furniture and umbrellas.
Directly in front of the house entrance is a partially covered, furnished terrace.

A sandstone staircase with approximately 120 steps leads to the holiday home “Am Loschwitzhang.”
Its idyllic location in a lovingly maintained garden in the villa district on the Loschwitz slope of the Elbe offers a breathtaking panoramic view across the Elbe, past the “Blue Wonder” bridge, over the entire city, and all the way to the peaks of the Ore Mountains.

Das Ferienhäuschen war wieder liebevoll weihnachtlich geschmückt und die Gastgeber hatten einen kleinen Adventsgruß bereit gestellt. Die Ausstattung war wie beim letzten Mal super vollständig und die neu eingebaute Heizung wärmte das kleine Haus wohlig aus. Für den Blick über Dresden hat sich der "Aufstieg" über die Sandsteinstufen ebenso gelohnt.Ich komme gerne wieder!

Schon vor Ankunft hat sich der Gastgeber mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt und den Weg beschrieben . Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und das Gepäck wurde uns mit dem privaten Lift nach oben gebracht . Die ca. 100 Stufen haben sich gelohnt , wir haben ein sehr sauberes , gut eingerichtetes Häusch...
