Your apartment is spacious, well appointed and very comfortable.

On the ground floor and self-contained within our home, a traditional 3-storey Breton townhouse, you have your own private entrance and key you are free to come and go as you please.

Your cosy sitting room / kitchen has a wood-burner, smart TV with Netflix & a DVD player.

The house has oil-fired Central heating as well as individual electric heaters in each room.The kitchen is well-equipped (refrigerator, freezer & washing machine) and as part of our welcome we supply bottled water, local cider and biscuits.

You will also find tea, coffee, salt, pepper, and oil for cooking.

Your bedroom (King size bed) and bathroom are spacious and well-appointed with bedding, towels, bath-robes and toiletries, as well as a sewing kit and hairdryer.

There is also an electric towel radiator in the bathroom.

The house is situated on the corner of a quiet street.

There is no garden or terrace, although if you smoke, there are chairs if you want to sit outside and relax.

We are close to the coast road and ideally placed for Mont Saint Michel/ Cancale/St Malo & Dinard.

We live on site and are available for you.
