This former fisherman house is now a nice and comfortable property with a lovely living room, open to a graceful kitchen and a dining area.
There are also two nice bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and the other one with a double bed, and a bathroom.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed internet (1000 MB) to be able to telework.
All rooms are air-conditioned and available 24 hours a day.
Fiber optic internet, ideal for working from home.
Outdoors
Outside there is a friendly terrace with a dining area, where you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the mountains.
There is also a terrace with sun loungers that belongs to the property, near the sea.

Good to know
- In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age. Per day and person, the tax is from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Spacious with all amenities as advertised, specifically the airco forceach bedroom, good kitchen, good beds. We thought we booked the ground floor but upon arrival got the first floor, which has a bigger terrace but hotter sun during the day, so in the end it balances out. We loved it hope we can come back, thank you so much for a wonderfull week!

so so beautiful and right on the beach. We watched the sunrise every morning, the food at the restaurant was just so good, the amenities provided was good. Only downside was the damp smell, the mattress was not the best but was ok. Would definitely recommend to spend some time in the area!
