Villa Manuela is very spacious 3-bedroom luxury villa with a large terrace that hosts a private pool that can be heated in winter months (at an extra cost), a barbecue area, and private parking.
Inside, there is a spacious living room with a Smart TV including some English channels (ITV, BBC), and a large kitchen with all mod cons and a table perfect for parties of up to six people.
The Master bedroom has lovely views to the pool area and hosts a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath.
Bedrooms two (double room) and three (twin room) share a full bathroom with shower and host a queen sized bed and two single beds respectively. A ten minute walk away you will find lively Puerto Calero, a marina full of excellent restaurants, bars and designer shops that also often hosts some of the most impressive Super yacht's of the world.
Whether you enjoy relaxing with a drink and a bite to eat, or shopping for the latest designer clothes - Puerto Calero has it all. Puerto Calero has 24h security surveillance.

This villa is in a great location and a peaceful and lovely area.
The property needs a little TLC and I think it rests on the area being popular. The agents Buenavilla are always attentive and quickly attend to any problems.

We love Villa Manuella.
A bit old fashioned but we prefer that to new square buildings.
Swimming pool is great and is heated to a comfortable 27deg if you pay .
Rooms comfortable and air-conditioning will warm them on cool evenings in winter. A chair or two in the bedrooms would be good.
