Ein günstiges Haus in ruhiger Alleinlage, mit historischen Hintergrund. Tolle Aussicht zur alten und neuen Brücke von Falster zur Insel.Küchenzubehör könnte mal etwas aufgestockt, bzw. ersetzt werden (großes Schneidebrett, neue Pfanne…). Gut Treppe ist steil zum Schlafzimmer, war für uns aber machbar.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine tolle Lage und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen.
Allerdings ist die Innenausstattung des Hauses sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Bad könnte eine Grundsanierung gut gebrauchen, im Wohnbereich wären neue Sitzmöbel von Vorteil.
Andonsten besticht das Haus durch Charme.
