Overall the property exceeded expectation. Was very clean and provided everything that could be needed. One small gripe was that there was no BBQ facilities however that wasn't a biggie.

Lovely property with everything you need for a nice holiday. Location was good with a supermarket and fabulous restaurant within 5 min walk. Paphos harbour was a 30 min walk. The communal pool was large and right outside the rear patio area. We had the pool to ourselves during our stay which was a bonus.

We stayed here for a month, whilst I still “worked from home” Primarily the two of us stayed and had family visit, it worked well for us. Villa was clean, all functioned well, although air con struggled when it stated to get really hot! Great location and in my opinion one of Phapos’s best restauran...
