Accès ville et commerces accessibles très facilement à pieds (environ 15 minutes).
Maison très propre propre et très calme, sans vis-à-vis, dans une résidence tranquille.
Terrain de pétanque très agréable.
Piscine très bien entretenue, petits bémols : manque d’ombre en journée et de lumière en soirée.
