Perched on a picturesque countryside hill overlooking the charming town of Parikia, Infinity Sea View Hillside Villa is a stylish, 90 sq. m. private villa designed for ultimate relaxation. This 3-bedroom retreat features a magnificent 40 sq. m. private infinity pool with an unheated hydromassage corner, offering panoramic views of Parikia’s bay, the neighboring Aegean islands, and breathtaking summer sunsets.
The villa is ideally situated just 2 km from Parikia's vibrant center and port, 2.5 km from the sandy Livadia beach, and a comfortable 15-minute drive (12 km) from the airport, perfectly combining a peaceful escape with easy access to everything.

Beautifully appointed with a comfortably minimal aesthetic, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa can accommodate up to 5 guests and includes:
• Master Bedroom: Featuring a luxurious king-size bed.
• Second Bedroom: Featuring a luxurious king-size bed.
• Third Bedroom: Furnished with 3 single beds or a luxurious king-size bed
• Sleeping Comfort: All bedrooms offer wardrobes, high-quality mattresses, premium linens, and plush feather pillows.
• Bathrooms: Three modern, walk-in bathrooms equipped with refreshing rainfall showers.
• Living Areas: A welcoming lobby, a dedicated dining space, and a fully equipped, built-in kitchen (including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, and toaster).

Kostas our host was able to provide us with an early check-in which was much appreciated. Upon arrival he welcomed us and reviewed the features of the property. He was always available to answer any questions. The house is an oasis for rest and tranquility with a beautiful Sea views and sunsets. We were sad to leave following our 10 days on Paros.

Only caveat - 5 minutes from town but up a steep narrow curving road - you need a car.
Beautiful location! We loved the home and the infinity pool. Such a great spot! Paros is fantastic- highly recommend this home! Everything was exactly as specified. Great in every aspect. Would love to come again!
