Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage.
If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage. All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price.

Great views, lovely villa with light open spaces. Brilliant location for the beach and restaurants. The villa came with a really nice and useful welcome pack - wine, milk, water, local ham and crackers. Would definitely stay there again.
