Private villa of 120m2 located in the Vanessa Park urbanization of l'Hospitalet de l'Infant only 10min from the beach and town center, 22min from Reus Airport and 30min from Port Aventura.
It is distributed on the ground floor and has a garden with a built-in barbecue and a private 8x4m pool open all year round.
The three bedrooms have two double beds and three single beds.
There are two complete bathrooms with shower and bathtub, equipped kitchen, AC, radiators, TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, private parking area and sheets and towels included.
Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend.
It is a smoke-free apartment.
Pets are allowed with an additional cost.
At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation.
We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
