The Space:
Located just a few minutes from the Latin Quarter, Claddagh, and Long Walk you will be sure to have a wonderful stay in this accommodation. The home is located in a private building with private access. Upon entering the penthouse you are greeted with beautiful wood flooring that flows throughout the first floor. The living room has over sized windows allowing fantastic views of the harbour and city. It is open plan to the kitchen and dining area and offer comfortable leathers sofas, and flat screen Tv. The kitchen is finished in a cashmere gloss with stylish counter tops and all major modern appliances. The dining table has seating for four, Across the hallway there are two bedrooms. Both offer luxury mattresses in king size (5x6ft), built in wardrobes and views. One of the bedrooms is ensuite with walk in shower, WC, and sink. Adjacent the main bathroom with walk in shower, WC, and sink. Upstairs is the third bedroom which also has a king size bed (5x6ft) with luxury mattress and mirror slide robe wardrobes. Opposite this bedroom is a third bathroom with walk in shower, WC, and sink. From the hallway you can access the private rooftop patio and take in all the views of Galway city and harbour, Aran Islands, and Salthill in the distance... a truly beautiful sight.
Peace of Mind:
This property uses the Cloverleaf Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the Cdc, Epa, and World Health Organization. All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, table tops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.
We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs.
Important: There is a parking space for 1 vehicle. The car park has a clearance of 2 metres.
**Noise Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 10pm And 8am**.
This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to all areas of the home except for a few locked closets, which we kindly ask you to respect.
Interaction with Guests:
All messages are handled directly through the platform, so you’ll be fully supported throughout your stay. For urgent situations—such as a lockout or trouble with directions—a mobile number will also be available.

It is exactly as described; super clean, well equipped, wonderful waterfront views, and a very good location. The rooftop was also a nice place to sit in the morning and evening. Everyone in our group loved this place!

Pros: location, really nicely appointed apartment walkable to town center. Pretty views especially at night.Cons: challenging to deal with Property management company. Unnecessarily stern and inefficient check in instructions. No hot water after first person took a shower (you are warned at check in but this seems ridiculous for a 3 BR apartment). Vague persistent sewage smell in the bathrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The roof balcony was a nice place to take in the mornings/sunsets and we were within walking distance to most everything downtown Galway had to offer. The space was clean and the kitchen well equipped.
