This bright light flooded ground floor apartment (50 sqm) is conveniently located in Königswinter-Oberdollendorf, directly below the vineyards.
The apartment with separate entrance has a large living / dining / kitchen area about 35 square meters including modern kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower and a separate bedroom.
The apartment is rented furnished. Underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth and a controlled Wohnungsbelüfung for a pleasant climate. The apartment also has a large southwest-facing approx 12 sqm terrace with access from the kitchen. The apartment has an internet connection. The apartment has a parking space in front of the front door.
The apartment is non-smoking. In case of violations of the smoking ban a cleaning fee of 300 € will be charged to ensure a perfect condition for subsequent guests.

Super Wohnung, ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe, nicht weit zum Radweg am Rhein. Die vergessenen Jacken hat die freundliche Gastgeberin kostenlos nachgeschickt. Dafür vielen Dank!
