ATYPICAL calm and nature only 10 min from the center of MARSEILLE. Nice view of Marseille and small sea view. 10 minutes by car to the VELODROME stadium, the Parc des Expositions, Palais des Sports, Luminy or Parc Borely.
1st beach 5 km.
Located on a hillside, this authentic cabanon restored in the same spirit, is ideally located to discover and participate in the many events offered in Marseille.
Attached to the Parc des Bruyères and the St Cyr massif many ballads (small and large) starting on foot from the cottage.
Independent cottage of 40m2 with a private terrace of 20m2 overlooking a shared garden (very rarely) ideal for families or friends.
Equipment: oven, microwave, fridge with 3 freezer drawers, coffee maker, TV.
Sleeping: 1 convertible sofa bed + 1 sofa. a third bed for small children is possible but not provided.
Free parking on site and around.
Located 2 minutes drive from the village of St Loup all shops (doctor, laundry, shopping center)
Pets accepted (contact us)
Located at the back of our house, the cottage is accessible by a stairway so is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The car is recommended but there is a bus nearby to reach the city center.
Cassis is 20min.

tolle Terrasse, super Aussicht, gut ausgestattete Küche, geräumiges Bad, breites Bett
die Zufahrt zur Wohnung ist extrem steil und schmal. Maximal für PkW z. B. Renault Clio oder Fiat 500 oder VW Polo geeignet. Größere Fahrzeuge haben Probleme beim Wenden. In der Straße selber gibt es praktisch keine Parkplätze.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui a fine luglio ed è stato tutto perfetto: un posto del cuore per staccare la spina!
La casetta è stupenda, pulita e rilassante. La cucina è ben attrezzata, il bagno ha una doccia grande e spaziosa, ma la doccia all'aperto in giardino è semplicemente fantastica: ce la siamo go...

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Berg mit einem traumhaften Blick auf Marseille. Wir würden sehr herzlich von Anne empfangen. Leider gibt es direkt an dem Haus keinen Parkplatz und auch die Zufahrt ist eher für kleinere Autos gemacht. Trotzdem würden wir gerne wieder kommen, denn das Haus ist nett eingerichtet und auch der Garten läd zum Verweilen ein.
