For nightlife, Juan-les-Pins is a fifteen-minute walk.
For the rest of the Riviera, the train station is twenty-eigh minutes on foot — putting Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Èze, and even the Italian Ligurian coast within easy day-trip reach.

Great location, nearby patisserie and deli. Felt very safe walking in the area. Lots of walking to restaurants, grocery store but enjoyable, you get lots of steps in! Rudi was always very helpful with our needs which was greatly appreciated.

The apartment was very clean. Great location across the street from a sandy free beach. Several blocks to the boulangerie and small grocery store. The kitchen was well supplied. The shower had great pressure and the bed was comfortable.
