2km from Martel, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, and 5 km from the edge of the Dordogne, come and relax in an exceptional natural setting.
You will appreciate the comfort of this completely renovated house: 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a children's bedroom upstairs, a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and access to the terrace with a view of nature and the swimming pool.
The garden is private and will allow you to rest in the shade and enjoy a barbecue during the sunny days.
Parking available.
For visits, there are several villages to see classified among the most beautiful in France: the must-sees such as Rocamadour, Collonges la Rouge, Saint-Cirq Lapopie and Sarlat, but also sites such as the Padirac chasm, the Lacave caves or the Château de la Treyne.
For the adventurous, activities such as canoeing, kayaking and hiking are particularly popular in the region.
And for the most gourmet, the region cultivates the art of gastronomy wonderfully: foie gras, small cheeses from Rocamadour, walnuts from Périgord, strawberries from Beaulieu and wines from Cahors, you will not lack inspiration for your aperitifs.
Don't miss out on an unforgettable holiday!
