Wonderful villa immersed in the green hills of Camaiore.
The recently built house is located in the center of a vast lawn, full of fruit trees, olive trees and cypresses, which houses a splendid swimming pool in a well-kept garden.
The panoramic view from the villa is truly suggestive: it offers a close-up view of the surrounding mountains and a broad view of the town from above.
Very quiet area, ideal for spending moments of total relaxation.
The house is divided over two floors and is composed as follows:
The first floor has a spacious living room with dining area, comfortable sofa, smart TV (Netflix, Amazon prime etc.) and fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower cubicle, a second double bedroom, a bedroom with single bed and second pull-out single bed, and a bathroom with bathtub. The room gives direct access to a terrace where you can enjoy an excellent panoramic view.
The ground floor is similar, offering a large room with dining area, comfortable sofa, smart TV (Netflix, Amazon prime etc.) and fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with single bed and second single pull-out bed, and a bathroom with shower box.
Available: washing machine - dishwasher - oven - smart TV - fireplace - barbecue - garden furniture - parking inside the property.
There is ample parking at the house - the property is fenced and equipped with an electric gate. Free WiFi.

Heerlijk zwembad en fijn huis en uitzicht. Prachtige omgeving om te wandelen. Bezoek Pisa en Florence goed te doen. Douches soms lauw (Jonathan reageert goed op vraag hierover), bedden redelijk. Al met al super vakantie

Nice and clean house, easy to use Beds are good and the view spectacular. Pool kept clean and of a good size.The nearby Camaiore is very cozy and with good shopping opurtunities. Host is friendly and helpful.
