- 15 meters from the beach of Balnéario (world famous kitesurf spot) with a magnificent view of the sea, the beach of los lances until valdevaqueros, and the sunset
- 2 minutes walk from the old Tarifa and the port, where all the nightlife takes place.
Possibility of kitesurf and surf just in front of the apartment, both by levante and by poniente
- The beach right in front of the building is sheltered from the levante, and by poniente, the beach of playa chica is at 3 minutes on foot, and it is protected from the poniente.
So there is always a place for children and non-kitesurfers to enjoy the beach So you can do everything on foot, avoiding traffic jams in the summer. In addition to this perfect location, the apartment was completely renovated in June 2019.

To change from the beach, you are 2 hours from Seville, 1h30 from ronda and its famous white village, 40 minutes from vejer de frontera, 1 hour from Cadiz, 1 hour from Marbella, 35 minutes from Tánger (Morocco) by ferry, and 2h30 of grenade.
Cultural activities and visits are not lacking in the area, to change the beach.

El piso es precioso, la ubicación inmejorable. Dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, todos muy nuevo y modernos. Aunque hemos estado un grupo de amigas, el piso es genial para ir con niños también. Si volvemos a Tarifa repetiremos.

La vivienda se ajusta a las fotos publicadas. Está en una ubicación inmejorable a pie de playa y 5 minutos andando al centro de Tarifa. Camas cómodas, baño limpio y nuevo, salón espacioso.
