Quietly, it is ideally located 100 meters from the sea and 50 meters from the playground of Poulafret Paimpol.
The harbor is about 900 meters away and the commercial area is 1 km away.
The GR34 hiking trail is about 30 meters from the house.
On the ground floor, a brand new kitchen, open to the living room (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven ...), 4/5 seater sofa meridian and dining table.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 140 and 1 bed of 90) and a bathroom.
Both bedrooms have sea views.
In the small walled garden you can enjoy a small lawn area and a wooden terrace with garden furniture.
Rentals are from Saturday 16h. at saturday 12h.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.Tout est à proximité. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Le logement est parfait. Tout y est. Et tout est bien pensé. Gr 34, parcours santé, aire de jeux pour enfants. Tout ça dans un joli décor. Les commerces sont aussi à côté: super marché, boulangerie, etc… Trè...
