Pretty comfortable contemporary house facing its garden not overlooked and close to the sea; you will need 10 minutes in the morning to walk to the nearest bakery, for lunch you will dine on the terrace, in the afternoon you can choose between sunbathing on the other terrace above or the beach at 400 m (small bar for lunch or a drink with a view of the sea, rental of kayaks, boards and Paddles) and in the evening you can enjoy the sun for a barbecue on the terrace.
10 minutes from downtown Brest and near the south exit to Quimper and the Crozon peninsula.

Situé non loin d'une petite plage familiale et en plein milieu du Finistère, cette location permet de rayonner dans tout le département.
