Wohnlage sehr ruhig mit grossen, aber pflegebedürftigen Balkon. Ausstattung der gepflegten und sauberen Wohnung mittelklassig einzustufen. Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Die Küche und Ausstattung ist leider für diese Preisklasse zu einfach gehalten. Das Wohnzimmer wirkt stil...

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, allerdings nicht zu viert bewohnbar. In der Küche ist Geschirr häufig nur genau 4 mal vorhanden. Grundlegende Küchenhelfer wie Schneebesen, Kartoffelschälmesser u.ä. fehlen leider gänzlich.
