Close to cycling, fishing and more, this family-friendly villa brings it all within reach.
Thanks to the convenient on-site parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 11-minute walk to Château Mongravey, or easily tackle the quick 5-minute drive to Château Sénéjac. Once you've returned to this 1292-sq-ft villa, you can unwind by the private pool or sip a drink in the garden.
You may also like the deck/patio and outdoor furniture.
As for the great indoors, you can try your hand at ping pong, or enjoy the free Wi-Fi, TV and DVD player. As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room and a barbecue.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle and a microwave.
And because there's a washing machine and dryer, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

Well, where to start, we truly loved this place, a typical French experience that delivered in all aspects.Chantal was an amazing host, nothing was too much trouble and assisted us with very request. We would highly recommend staying here, very easy routes so if you require you can explore or just stay and relax in the Villa by the pool.

We had a great time in Arsac. Chantal was a super host, always there to answer questions.
The house was as beautiful as the pictures suggested. Enough space for our large family of three generations. Kitchen very well equipped. Everything in good condition, nicely furnished. And a great pool.
