Fremragende beliggenhed i en meget charmerende by. Lejligheden har en skøn altan hvorfra man kan nyde udsigten til havet og havnefronten. Der er meget liv på havnefronten om morgenen og i restaurationerne under lejligheden om aftenen, så det er en god ide at medbringe ørepropper til natten.
