Quietly located in the charming village of Locquenole, this family house classified 2 stars as furnished tourist accommodation will amaze you with its incredible view of the Bay of Morlaix from the living room and bedrooms.
An outdoor terrace also allows you to enjoy the view. The Space: The house offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant vacation with family or friends.
It can accommodate up to 6 people in two bedrooms. An additional adjoining house can be rented, allowing you to accommodate up to 13 people (please contact us for more information). The house is composed of: On the ground floor: - a large dining room with sea view equipped with a sofa - a separate kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, micro- wave, kettle, oven, induction hob - a large living room with sofa, television and sea view - a laundry room with washing machine - a separate toilet On the 1st floor: a bedroom with a double bed (160cm ) and a bathroom with shower, WC and double sink. On the 2nd floor: a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds (90cm) The house is a central point for discovering the bay of Morlaix.
It is located 5 minutes from the town of Carantec and the town of Morlaix.
There is direct access to the coastal hiking trails (GR 34). THE ADVANTAGES: - A terrace with a small garden allows you to enjoy the outdoors and the superb view. - Electric barbecue - Free WIFI - Free parking spaces on the street ACTIVITIES: - the superb beaches of Carantec (Le Kelenn, the white strike, the callot island) - the golf course, the nautical center , the GR34 by the sea, fishing, boat trips - the village of Locquenole, its bar/grocery store, the children's park with swing and turnstile and the skate park accessible 2 minutes on foot. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: - Wi-Fi included - Pets are not allowed. - Your concierge, Claire, is available during your stay. - A deposit of €250 is required (credit card imprint). - A mandatory "interim cleaning" is included at the time of booking.
This includes disinfecting the accommodation and providing a welcome kit including everything you need for the start of your stay: dish soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent, and a sponge.
Linens (dishcloth and bath mat) are included. Optional services: - Bed and bath linens are not included; we offer them as an option for €30 per person. - Cleaning must be done by the tenants.

Nous avons pu profiter de la baie de Morlaix ,du marché de Saint pol de Léon, de Roscoff et de la visite de l'île de Callot .Et le soir nous admirions la vue de n'importe quelle pièce de la maison.Le changement de panorama au rythme des marées est magnifique

The house was in a lovely position in the little village of Loquernole with sea views from every room.
The house is well maintained and has everything you need for a holiday stay, very comfortable.
You are about a 10 minute drive to Carantec and about the same to Morlaix.
The property manager Fanny was very helpful and kept in good communication. We would recommend it.
