• A building on the ground floor comprising a large and very bright living room with open fitted kitchen (14 m²) and living room (12 m²) opening onto a patio (7 m²), and a toilet.
• A 1-storey building comprising, on the ground floor, the entrance to the building and stairwell, a bedroom of 13 m² and a laundry room (washing and ironing room). • Upstairs, 2 bedrooms of 13 and 14m².
One of the two bedrooms has a private terrace of 20 m² Each bedroom has large wardrobes and a private bathroom with shower. A toilet is located on each level.
All the rooms of the house are at your disposal. Only a shed, the closet of a bedroom and access to an external staircase are not accessible. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

We live next to the accommodation and are at your disposal for any information or possible problems you may encounter.
Location & surroundings
You will be seduced by the charm and location of this house. Ideally located in the village, all amenities, access to shops, medical centre, leisure activities, cinema, discotheque, beaches... are within walking distance and accessible between 5 and 10 minutes. The proximity of cycle paths and the central position of the village allow you to explore the whole island. The house has 1 pedestrian access to the village via an alleyway and 1 access for vehicles and bicycles

Good to know
- Minimum booking of 2 nights
- Only bed linen and bath mats are provided (towels excluded). A necessary on the way (toilet paper, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, detergent, etc.) is at your disposal in the accommodation.
- Travellers are asked to: always close the doors and external gates after each passage, even for a short time. keep the shutters locked open or closed (do not leave them open to the wind). Do not throw anything into the toilet bowls other than toilet paper (high risk of obstruction)
- Inside the non-smoking home. Pets not allowed. In order to preserve the calm of the place and the area, festive evenings are not accepted.
- ATTENTION: The rental is granted exclusively for the number of people specified in the Vrbo application, all ages combined (adults, children and infants). Any failure to do so will result in a breach of contract without any refund of the sums paid. The traveller will be refused access to the accommodation, or if he is already in the premises, he will be ordered to leave the accommodation without delay if he does not comply immediately.

Lovely property, well- equipped kitchen, unfortunately no wifi or towels.Secure south-facing terrace, and parking.Great location, within walking distance to shops, market, restaurants and beach. Owners very welcoming, but a little overprotective of property.
