At the gateway to the Marais Poitevin, this Vendée family home, with its typical architecture, will delight nature lovers, offering horseback riding or cycling excursions, boat trips, or hikes to explore the Regional Park.
Located on the oceanfront, 19 km from La Faute-sur-Mer and L'Aiguillon, the 10 km of fine sandy beach near the nearest beach will captivate those who enjoy land sailing, kitesurfing, or simply relaxing.
Our house, which can accommodate up to 7 people, is located in the heart of the historic town of Luçon, close to the train station and 40 km from La Rochelle airport. All amenities are nearby: 100 m from the covered market, 200 m from the municipal swimming pool, and 400 m from the Jardin Dumaine, listed among the most beautiful gardens in France. The house boasts a magnificent, fully enclosed and secure 2500 m² landscaped garden, perfect for your pets, with a carport.
It comprises:
- 3 bedrooms with new and comfortable bedding; towels and linens are provided.
- A spacious and inviting living/dining room with Wi-Fi, a giant 65-inch flat-screen TV with Canal+ subscription, Netflix, and a Yamaha CLP30 piano, opening onto a southwest-facing terrace with garden furniture and a parasol. A large mulberry tree and fragrant honeysuckle will provide welcome shade for your summer gatherings.
- Upstairs, a mezzanine with a double sofa bed.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, crepe maker, etc.
- An adjoining laundry room with a washing machine and an outdoor clothesline.
- Two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub) and two toilets, ideal for maintaining privacy.

Très agréable séjour, maison de famille exceptionnelle pour des retrouvailles en famille,cadre verdoyant, hote charmant, petit déjeuner sous la tonnelle tous les jours, salon accueillant, bonne literie, bien située en plein coeur de Luçon à deux pas du marché et de la cathédrale et pourtant... à la campagne ! A renouveler dommage qu'il n'y est que 4 chambres

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison charmante et très calme. On a l'impression d'être à la campagne tout en étant à coté du marché et proche des commerces. Le jardin est magnifique, nous en avons bien profité et notre chien aussi!

La maison est un vrai havre de paix avec son grand jardin et près du marché à 100m. Tout y est. On avait beaucoup de place. Petit point négatif: la propreté et le fait qu‘il reste des affaires du propriétaire un peu partout par exemple dans la salle de bain. Ça donne plutôt l’impression d’habiter ch...
