Het appartement is 5 min lopen van de boulevard en ligt vlak achter de hoofdstraat met restaurants en een aantal winkeltjes, richting het strand. In de wijk zelf zijn er genoeg cafeetjes en restaurants.
Ik was er tijdens de carnavalsperiode en dus een gezellige drukte.
Het is een levendige wijk 24/7 dat kan je nachtrust enigszins verstoren. Maar als je je daar op in stelt valt het allemaal mee.

Fabulous location. The apartment was spacious.However, on the second floor so difficult for people with mobility issues. The kitchen facilities were basic but adequate. No kettle in the kitchen, the washing machine didn’t work. Paid extra for towels and bedding, only one towel each and no extra sheets to change the bed which is not ideal for a 3 week stay
