- A laundry area adjacent to the bathroom with a large sink, washing machine, and drying rack.
- A living room of over 20 square meters, very bright and cozy, with a kitchenette. Equipped with a TV featuring a Fire Stick to access Netflix or Prime Video with your account, a double sofa bed, Wi-Fi available throughout the house, storage spaces for guests, and a split-system air conditioner with a heat pump.
- A fully equipped kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, range hood, kettle, fridge/freezer, spacious pantry, and a basic set of pots, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. The table is extendable and seats up to 6–8 people.

- The property is entirely non-smoking and offers:
- Self-check-in and self-check-out are available (we’ll explain everything when you book—it’s very simple!). However, we’ll be happy to welcome you in person whenever possible.
- The villa is also home to our family vinegar cellar, where we have been producing traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO for over 40 years. We would be delighted to take you on a guided tour of the vinegar cellar or arrange a tasting for you.

Our host was the best!! She greeted us as we arrived and was seen daily through our trip. She spoke excellent English and has amazing recommendations for eating and activities in the area. She also took us on an incredible type of her families vinegar operation. We were only able to spend a couple.of days, but immediately wished were able to stay longer!!

Super saubere und moderne Unterkunft. Dazu gab es eine Führung durch die hauseigenen Essigkellerei - auf unseren Wunsch hin, NICHT aufgedrängt!! Das Ravarello als Ort kein highlight ist sei nicht verschwiegen, aber Unterkunft, Garten und Gastgeberin haben 6 Sterne verdient! Gerne jederzeit wieder!Holger und zwei Freunde aus Köln

Wir haben die Wohnung im 2. OG des gepflegten Hauses für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise genutzt. Die Wohnung war sauber, Handtücher, Geschirr und sogar Getränke im Kühlschrank sowie Kaffeekapseln vorhanden. Der Check freundlich und unkompliziert. WLAN und Klimaanlage funktionieren bestens. Die Unterkunft können wir ohne Bedenken empfehlen.
