Villa Lama is located in the beautiful Umbrian countryside, a few km from Città di Castello.

Dating back to 1700 and completely restored, the property boasts a large, private park with lawn and flowers, an ideal place to relax while enjoying the utmost privacy and tranquility.

Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a dining table with barbecue, and a private pool (12 x 5 m - open from May to September), equipped with deck chairs, parasol, and outdoor shower.

Inside the park there is also a small dependance that houses an equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking meals to eat directly around the pool area.

Lastly, at guests\' disposal an outdoor parking area for 5 cars.


Internal Description


Spread over 2 floors, Villa Lama can accommodate up to 10 people, has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Pets are allowed on request.


Ground floor: The ground floor offers several common areas where you can spend time together: two lounges, a private chapel, a billiard room, and an office. Then you will find a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with: dining table for 6 people, fireplace, stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster and coffee machine.

There are also 2 bathrooms available on this floor: a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a toilet.


First floor: The upper floor - reachable by climbing a short staircase - houses the sleeping area, consisting of 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. Then there are 3 bathrooms: one with bathtub and shower, one with shower, and a toilet.

A large living room (with sofas and tv) completes the floor.

Prices and conditions


Included in the price: Internet Wifi; utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); house, garden and pool maintenance.


Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€); heating during winter months (150.00€ per stay). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).


Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
