- Living room with a 140-convertible sofa and storage space
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks, and toilet
- 1 covered patio off the kitchen with a table and chairs for dining outdoors. 1 closet with a washing machine/dryer available for your use
- 1 open terrace off the living room for naps and relaxing
- 1 small garden with a clothesline
UPSTAIRS:
- 1 master bedroom with a 140-size bed and storage
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds: 1 x 140 & 1 x 90 - closet
Sheets & towels provided free of charge
3-minute walk to the beach
The baker stops by the residence every morning around 10 a.m. & the butcher comes every Wednesday
Travellers’ access
From the port of Bastia: 40 min
From the port of Ile Rousse: 1 hour 30 minutes
From the Bastia/Poretta Airport: 20 minutes

- Cleaning fee: 50 euros (required)
- Security deposit of 300 euros, by check, refunded at the end of the rental
- Non-smoking property (except on the terraces)
- To ensure peace and quiet for everyone, late-night and noisy parties are not permitted in the property

Hôte accueillant, un bon contact et là si besoin. La maison est propre et fonctionnelle, tout est a disposition. Idéale pour des enfants en bas âge pour aller à la plage, je recommande.

Malgré la chaleur,nous avons passé de bonnes vacances,le gîte est très accueillant ainsi que nos hôtes.Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute mais plutôt en automne.
