Also in this level there is a large veranda outside the sitting area and the kitchen overlooking the pool and the sea. There is also a twin bedroom and a bathroom.

Upper floor: There are 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms leading to a large veranda facing the sea which offers exceptional views of the blue Med sea beyond.

Lower floor/basement : There is a large bedroom (double bed) with sitting area. Preferable 8 guests.
