Good location in P.S. Stefano. Fabio was very pleasant to deal with. Best part is the view from the balcony. A few updates would make a huge improvement. Fabio was very nice and tried to be accommodating, but we had several issues. The AC started leaking in the main bedroom, leading to the breaker being tripped and the power going out within 30 minutes of our arrival. He arrived shortly to turn the power back on, but the AC leaking was a safety issue...
