Large house of 100 m2 located in Murat le Quaire (2 km from La Bourboule and 5 km from Mont Dore), in the lower part of the village. Capacity of 7 to 8 people. Wifi and TV received via fibre optics.
At about 1000 metres above sea level, quiet with a view of the Charlannes plateau, ideal for resting, recharging your batteries, breathing a real breath of fresh air, enjoying your family or friends whatever the season...
Description of the house: This is a house on 3 levels:
- Basement / garage: washing machine + storage space (skis, caravan, etc.)
- Ground floor with: living/dining room and large balcony with a view of Charlannes, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and bedroom, 160 X 200 bed + chest of drawers
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom for 3 people with 1 bed of 90 and bunk beds of 90 + chest of drawers, 1 bedroom bed 140X200 + chest of drawers, with its en-suite shower room with toilet, small dressing room on the landing
- Outside: Terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. Large unfenced garden, but possibility of closing the terrace.

- Terrace: garden furniture, deckchairs, electric plancha, parasol
- Basement: Washing machine, possibility to store equipment in the garage (ski gear, bike, caravan...)
- Kitchen: Dishwasher, Induction hob, Oven, Microwave oven, Fridge-freezer, Classic coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, Toaster, Vacuum cleaner, Raclette machine and electric crepe maker
- Living room: Large table, Chairs and stools, Sideboard, Sofa, Television, Pellet stove
All furniture, bedding and the majority of appliances were purchased new in April 2023.
- Please note: sheets are not provided. You have the possibility to rent household linen on prior request (bed linen, towels): 25 euros per person
- Available for baby: Travel cot, bath bouncer, works for washbasin, booster seat, plates, glasses and plastic cutlery, changing mat
Nearby: La Bourboule at 2km (The thermal baths, the Fenestre Park, the Plateau de Charlannes, Le Capucin); access on foot to the city centre by a path, about 30 minutes; Mont-Dore at 5km (its waterfalls, its ski resort); The Massif du Sancy, La Banne d'Ordanche, Lake Guéry, Lake La Tour d'Auvergne....
Numerous hikes of all levels within a radius of 10 km.
Less than 20 km away: Orcival, Saint Nectaire, Murol and its castle, Lake Aydat, Chambon
More than 20km away: Clermont-Ferrand, Super-Besse, the Puy de Dôme, the Vulcania Park
