Access to the ground floor is via contemporary stairs leading to metal walkways. You will find a master suite with shower room, 2 other bedrooms with shower room and toilet. For amenities, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Outside, a priest's garden, enclosed by walls, allowing you to relax out of sight.
A few minutes walk from the city centre and the shops, you can visit the Venice of the Gatinais, its many bridges and footbridges, the Tannery district, the Pêcherie with its bars and restaurants, the Canal de Briare for walks or bike rides. 10 minutes away, you can escape to the national forest of Montargis (more than 4000 hectares).
