This wonderful home features single-story living space that opens into a spacious living area with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Four glass doors open onto the sunny terrace with a pool. There are two good-sized double bedrooms; one features a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, and the other has a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom with a shower.
Recently redesigned by the owner, it now features a clean, elegant style with a touch of Andalusian influence. Most rooms offer views across the countryside to the coast, and the south-facing orientation maximises the natural light flooding the interior.
It features air conditioning and heating in all rooms, as well as a wood-burning stove that provides cosy warmth during the colder months and also ventilates the master bedroom.
